- We can automatically withdraw your premium from one of your accounts.
- You can use your checking or savings account or a credit/debit card.
- You can just set it and forget it — you won't have to remember to pay your premium each month.
To sign up, call Member Services at the number on your ID card. We'll need your bank or credit/debit card information and member ID.

Pay by phone
You can call us at the number on your member ID card to make your monthly payment. Or call us at 1-833-874-8627 ${tty}, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM.
Pay by mail
Include your payment and invoice in a stamped envelope. All payments should be sent to the address listed on your invoice.
Pay in person
- Pay your premium directly at CVS® retail store (not available at CVS Pharmacy® locations at Target or Schnucks).
- Bring your invoice with the "Pay at the Store" barcode and hand it to the cashier.
- Pay with cash, credit card or debit card.
