What to Expect After You Enroll

We can help you learn about your benefits and how to use your plan.

Check out your plan materials

Once you're enrolled, we'll send you:

  • A letter stating that you’re a member in our plan
  • Your Allina Health | Aetna member ID card (usually within 14 days)
  • A complete description of your coverage (Evidence of Coverage)
  • A list of prescription drugs covered by your plan, if included (Formulary)
  • Billing information (learn about online bill pay)

Members who get “Extra Help” are not required to fill prescriptions at preferred network pharmacies in order to get Low Income Subsidy (LIS) copays.
