What’s a Medicare grievance?
A Medicare grievance is like a complaint. You would file a grievance if you were unhappy with something about your Allina Health | Aetna Medicare plan. Examples are if your doctor treated you unfairly or your medication delivery was late.
If you bought a plan from a person or company, you can also file a grievance about them. They’re called brokers or agents. Be sure to include their name.
